Making people better! ESC is a Social Support Organization that aims to help, Connect, and Provide Support in Sensitive health Promotion, Family Support Services, and Advocacy to Undeserved Communities. We use each interaction to demonstrate our values of Excellence, Integrity, Transparency, Patience, Grit, Accountability, and Teamwork. ESC has one primary Goal, which is to prevent the onset of Preventable Diseases through Education and Referrals to the Appropriate Health Care Services.

Gregory Reddick is an Entrepreneur, Business Coach, Public Speaker, Mentor, Deacon, and Humanitarian. He was born in   Washington, NC, raised in Queens NYC and grew up with a strong desire to always help and go above and beyond for others. Because of that, he has Incorporated giving back to the Community into his life as a Devoted Church Member, Proactively Participating in local soup kitchens, Mentoring Youth, Coaching Entrepreneurs, and Volunteering to raise money for Youth Programs within the Community.

He is a Business Professional with 10+ years of experience launching and operating Businesses covering multiple Industries, Including Hospitality, Construction, and Technology. He has been instrumental in Developing Entrepreneurs  and Leaders within his community with forward-thinking ideas and Innovations. He has been recognized as Public Speaker, discussing topics related to Social Justice and Reform, and he was the recent recipient of the “Certificate of Ordination” as a Deacon for The United Nation Church Of New York ,his Dedication and Contribution to his Church, proudly serving the Queens Borough community. 

He has navigated various positions for both the for-profit and non-profit sector, including Leadership roles, providing him with a valuable Portfolio of skill-Sets covering Multiple Business areas, Including Operations, Sales, Hospitality, Customer and Client Management, Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources Management. In his career, he has saved Companies $100 k+ in operating expenses by improving Operational and Organizational Infrastructure. 

He leads by example in his core values of Human Integrity, Dignity, Autonomy, Altruism, and Social Justice. This has embodied him in his career that has funneled into his life on a daily basis in his Behavior, Compassion, Integrity, and Love for Mankind.

He is a proud father of three kids and loves to read, capture moments through photography, eat, travel, and participate in Community-Based Activities.

Gregory Reddick takes pride in giving back to the community and actively participates in speaking engagements to motivate and inspire the next generation. He frequently speaks at Uri L. Tzedek’s Annual/Quarterly Conferences and events regarding Prison Reform and Social Justice. He was hand-picked for this platform due to his Engaging Presentation Skills and his enriched knowledge on the Social Justice System. 

As an Ordained  Deacon, Gregory spends many of his evenings participating in church-related activities such as Youth Mentoring and Community Fundraisers and Events, and he Preaches during Sunday Service.
