Appointments must be booked at least 24 to 48 hours before the appointment date. If you book an appointment and it is not cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment date and time, there may be a delay before you are able to rebook. Due to the volume of bookings, all appointments are within 30-minute to 1-hour slots unless otherwise indicated. Appointments can only be booked during business hours. Appointments can be booked online or over-the-phone. If you have special circumstances and need an accommodation outside of business hours to include later evening or weekend appointments, please call or email the details of your situation, and we will work with you to provide an accommodation.
